Recruitment Agency:

Do you handle confidential searches, and how are they managed?
Yes, we handle confidential searches with utmost care. We conduct direct recruiting without revealing specific details such as the industry, location, or company. Additionally, candidates are required to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) to ensure 100% confidentiality.
What happens if a search takes too long to fill?
This is extremely rare with us. Our consultative and thorough approach ensures we accurately assess and manage our clients’ expectations.
If a role is unfillable—due to factors like a below-market budget or excessive turnover in the same position—we are honest and transparent, advising the client that we may not be the right fit for their needs.
What is your geographical focus?
We have successfully conducted searches across Canada and parts of the southern United States. However, approximately 40-50% of our searches are concentrated in Ontario.
